Burnley are said to be in talks over the potential arrival of Dodi Lukebakio from Hertha Berlin with an offer made.
Vincent Kompany is keen to continue spending this summer which emphasises the faith that Burnley‘s hierarchy have in him.
No manager at Turf Moor has been backed as substantially as Kompany has been.
Nine arrivals have came in with multiple other seemingly close to arriving too.
Sander Berge is set for a medical to complete his move from Sheffield United.
Burnley’s biggest outlay sees Zeki Amdouni arrive from Basel for an undisclosed fee believed to be around £15million.
Now, it seems the Clarets are ready to splash out on yet another attacking addition.
Their heads have turned toward the Bundesliga and Hertha Berlin for this next attempted coup.

Proposal made for Lukebakio
With the attack clearly still being a priority, Burnley are now in talks over their next deal.
The interest is directed at the 25-year-old Belgian Lukebakio who is keen to depart the German side following their relegation.
Now according to Gianluca Di Marzio, this move could be closer than ever, with talks between the two sides taking place.
It is also reported that the Clarets have submitted a €10m (£8.6m) proposal for Lukebakio to join the Premier League side.
He would come in to reinforce the attack and likely would arrive as the 11th signing this summer, with Berge likely to come first.
This wouldn’t be his first career move to England, with a loan to Watford in 2018 not being a success.
In his time at Vicarage Road, he made just one appearance which amounted to a measly 15 minutes of on-field action.
